Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience, and the breakfast service deserves special mention. The buffet offered plenty of delicious options, both healthy and indulgent, but what made it truly exceptional was the staff. In particular, Domenica made a remarkable impression with her warm personality and outstanding service. She was always attentive, ensuring that coffee cups were filled and that guests had everything they needed without even having to ask. Her genuine hospitality created a very welcoming environment, making mornings feel relaxing and enjoyable. It is clear that she takes pride in her work, and her positive energy is contagious. The combination of great food and such caring service made the start of every day unforgettable. The room was absolutely gorgeous with a wonderful view!!! The TV wasn’t working when we got in but they came very fast to fix it. The air conditioner/heater isn’t working now soooo that’s not the best but the service has been great!!!! The concierge was freaking great!!! Phoenix was very helpful and kind. I loved her and appreciated her!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Anniversary Celebration Review We attended an anniversary celebration for my brother-in-law at this hotel banquet hall, and it was a wonderful experience. The hall was beautifully arranged, clean, and comfortable, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere for the occasion. Our host, Barbara, was attentive, professional, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the event. The food was well-prepared and nicely presented, and guests enjoyed both the quality and variety. The lighting and décor added a warm and celebratory touch that made the evening feel special. Overall, the hotel banquet hall provided an excellent setting for an anniversary celebration, and I would highly recommend it for any special event or milestone celebration.

I've stayed here twice and like all hotels, maintenance is always a soft spot. The first time I stayed here, the first room was a dud with a noisy refrigerator and one of the elevators was out of service. The second time was a much better experience, but the hot water on the 10th floor requires patience. The staff are supper friendly, and the parking is decent for a large hotel. I wish they would charge $10 more per night and just make social hour a daily thing.

I had another wonderful experience at the Homewood Suites in Clayton. The front desk staff truly delivers top-tier service. Every request I had was handled quickly and with a smile. Barbara and Shay were especially outstanding—professional, warm, and incredibly accommodating. This is the second time I’ve held an event here, and their consistency in service is exactly why I’ll continue to return. Thank you for making my event smooth and stress-free! Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times now, and it always feels like coming home. The staff is genuinely caring. Ali was very kind and even helped me get a tongs I needed, going all the way to the kitchen to find one and bring it to me. Vergel was cleaning the bathroom near the pool when I needed to use it, and he left it spotless and greeted me very kindly. Bridgette, Vanessa, Shay, and Barbara at the front desk were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request and make guests feel truly welcome. Domenica made breakfast a wonderful start to the day, keeping the area clean and stocked with everything needed.
